Competitive Comparison
WhiteFiber vs. Equinix
The small, early-stage AI-infrastructure holding I own against the large, established data-center REIT I don't — the same physical-infrastructure theme, very different maturity.

Why WhiteFiber, sized small, not Equinix
Equinix is a large, established, highly profitable data-center REIT with a 51% adjusted EBITDA margin — a fundamentally safer, more proven business than WhiteFiber by every measure here. I hold WhiteFiber specifically because it's a small, early, deliberately speculative bet that AI compute demand keeps outstripping available data-center supply, at a valuation (5.3x FY26 EV/EBITDA against peers above 20x) that prices in almost none of that potential yet. Equinix's own 30.09x EV/EBITDA reflects the market already crediting it as a proven winner — the trade-off is real: I'm accepting WhiteFiber's much higher execution risk for a valuation that hasn't caught up to the story, rather than paying up for Equinix's already-earned premium.
